We collect the contact, professional and project information you submit through our forms, together with basic campaign attribution data when available.

Why we use it

We use this information to respond to your enquiry, prepare your onboarding, deliver the services you request, manage payment and communicate about the engagement.

Who receives it

Your information is limited to the Work of Mouth team members and service providers who need it to deliver the engagement. Payment details are handled by PayFast and are not collected by this website.

How long we keep it

We retain engagement records only for as long as reasonably required to deliver the work, meet legal or accounting obligations and resolve service queries.

Your choices
